Clayton, glad to hear you brought the "One Thing" home at the end of that man's funeral. What a comfort to know that when everything falls apart, the truth of the Gospel can reach to the depths of despair in even the most grief-stricken places.

Thanks for being faithful to the Message.

Wow Clayton, great reminder. I was just doing those uneternal things that waste so much time... answering email, which lead me to your article. Now, as I write, I am turning to the most important task at hand - studying the word, so I can deliver it Sunday to a group of college students. Thanks for the reminder. May God speak TO US, so He can effectivly speak THROUGH US. Thanks again!

Praise Jesus! Good word. And how do we get that word from heaven for the people...? We have to do like Mary of Bethany in Luke 10:42, who sat at the feet of Jesus. Jesus told her ONE THING was needful, and that she had chosen it. What was it? Just being with Him - and that's how we get a word from heaven to share with the His people and the world. Blessings to you Clayton.
