Brian Burgess
Brian came to Christ as a teenager after being kicked out of school. The divorce of his parents allowed him to experience more of God’s redemption, and because of Brian’s story, he can understand many of the emotional and social issues that students face today.
Brian Burgess is a long-standing partner to CKM, going all the way back to when it was established in 1995. He and Clayton are lifelong childhood friends who surrendered to full-time ministry under the same pastor.
He is also a businessman, giving him the experience to speak into the lives of adults. You will often find him speaking at sports banquets, revivals, Bible conferences, and at his church, Beulah Baptist in Statesville, NC where he currently serves as Senior Pastor.
Brian is highly involved in his community, though his favorite place to be is beside his bride, Angie, and their four kids. He holds an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University, as well as his doctoral education toward theological issues.
