Nate’s story is one of overcoming adversities through God’s faithfulness. Raised by a single mother in Atlanta, GA before moving to Anderson, SC, Nate wrestled with finding his identity. Athletics became his outlet to make something of his life, but it never seemed like enough— until the day he encountered Jesus Christ in February of 2019. From that day forward, his life was never the same.

Today, he serves students and student-athletes everywhere. Nate desires to help people “overcome today's adversities for tomorrow's achievements." God has used him to share the Good News at sporting events, youth camps, schools, and churches.

Nate has been the FCA representative at Anderson University supporting athletes, leading team devotionals, and campus gatherings. He married his wife, Kylie, in April 2024. Presently, he serves as the Director of Men's and Athletic Ministries for AU. As a graduate of Appalachian State University and NCAA Division 1 athlete, Nate uses his sports background and testimony to inspire others to discover a life of purpose and fulfillment through Christ.
